Entire families go out into the woods, baskets in hand, looking for these treasures hidden under the trees. For generations, picking mushrooms has been an activity that connects people with nature and with our traditional cuisine.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The <strong>rovellons<\/strong> , kings of the season<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Lactarius_deliciosus\">Rovellons<\/a><\/strong> are among the most appreciated mushrooms on Catalan tables. With their orange color and intense flavor, they are ideal for grilling or grilling with a dash of Oliferm extra virgin olive oil.
